Total Cowboys was established on March the 17th 1999 and has grown to now over 1,200 pages. I started this in 1991 when I was trying to keep up with my collection of Emmitt Smith Cards. Awards are rated from 1 - 5, 5 being the hardest to obtain. N/R Web Site Awards are Not Rated Awards. Total Cowboys has outlasted a great deal of the sites which handed out these awards going back since 1999. We can now only post the awards with active and maintained websites.
